You can cancel check payments using our mobile app, online banking, or by calling us or stopping into a branch. On the app, login in, navigate to the “Move Money” tab and click the “Cancel Check Payments” feature. Using online banking, click “Pay & Transfer” then click “Cancel Check Payment” under “Check Services”. Please note, there is a $15.00 fee to cancel check payments; the fee is withdrawn directly from the checking account.
You can put a travel notice on your debit or credit card using our mobile app or online banking by using the “Contact Us” feature and sending us a message. You can also call us or stop in at a branch.
If your child has a UPSCU account and you know their account number, you can perform a “Quick Transfer” to another account using online banking or the mobile app. If you do not know their account number or they do not have a UPSCU account, use the “Pay Anyone” feature to send them money through text or email.
To reset your online banking password, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. Go to Personal Info & Settings, then scroll to find the “Change Password” feature.
To update your online banking account information, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. Go to Personal Info & Settings to update your profile picture, personal information, contact preferences, username, password, security questions, and authentication options.
To close your account, you can call us, stop into a branch, or use the “Contact Us” feature on mobile and online banking to send us a message.
