Phone call SCAM ALERT!
Members have reported instances of someone calling them stating they work for UPSCU and that the member’s card is compromised. The caller asks for the member’s card information: card number, PIN, and 3-digit code. These calls are scams!
We will never call you and ask for your card information.
Scammers use a technique called “spoofing” which can make it look like the credit union is calling you, but it’s actually the bad guy! If you believe you are talking to a scammer, hang up and call us directly at 906-786-1146.
